Shipping policy
Delivery — included, and done properly.
Delivery to GB mainland addresses is free on every order. Your appliance is delivered to ground level, positioned in your room or place of choice, and the packaging is removed and taken away. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), typically between 8am and 6pm.
Lead times. Most orders are dispatched from UK stock; we'll confirm your expected delivery window by email when we process your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock we'll tell you before taking payment for it.
Areas with different arrangements. Deliveries to addresses north of Glasgow may take longer and can carry a surcharge. Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man and other islands are quoted individually — contact us before ordering and we'll confirm the cost up front.
Complex deliveries. Properties involving steps, restricted access or other challenges may need special arrangements — tell us at the time of ordering and we'll plan it properly rather than surprise you on the day.
Optional services at checkout: unpack & position service and removal & recycling of an old appliance of similar size are available on selected products — prices shown at checkout.
