Changed your mind? You're covered.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. To start a return, email info@gardentaproom.co.uk with your order number within those 14 days.

The condition bit, stated plainly: items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resaleable condition. We strongly recommend keeping all packaging until you're sure the appliance is staying — these are large, fragile units and the original packaging is the only safe way to move them.

Return delivery. As large-appliance deliveries are specialist, we can arrange collection for you and will confirm the collection cost before anything is booked — or you may arrange your own suitable transport. Return carriage is the customer's responsibility on change-of-mind returns.

Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days of the item arriving back with us (or of you providing evidence of return), less any agreed collection cost.

Damaged or faulty on arrival? Different rules — better ones. Inspect your appliance on delivery where possible, and report any damage to us within 48 hours with photos. Damaged or faulty items are repaired, replaced or refunded at no cost to you, and every appliance we sell carries a manufacturer warranty (5 years on our Blastcool range — terms at blastcool.com).

Business customers: distance-selling cancellation rights apply to consumers; business purchases are covered by our standard terms and the manufacturer warranty. Ask us anything before ordering — we'd rather answer questions than process returns.
